Summer Adventures

Adventure List

I love summer! The freedom to sleep in, stay up late and the warm weather. It’s also an awesome time to step outside your comfort zone and plan some adventures with your kids. Let me tell you a few benefits of planning these adventures with your kids as they get older.

It gives them something to look forward to.

Having something new and fun planned gives your kids a sense of belonging with the family. They will be excited about the adventure and excited to learn something new.

It makes quality time together happen.

Friends, cell phones, social media, sports, activities all take over our kids’ lives as they grow up. When something is scheduled and, on the calendar, it’s a priority. Make it a priority.

We made our Adventure List for this summer so I thought I would share some ideas to help spark some ideas for you too! Here are 10 ideas to start you out!
