Affirmations for Confidence

To grow your confidence, you have to believe in who you are and what you are capable of. Affirmations are a great way to build up your confidence and I am going to show you how!

We can get inside our own heads and the negative thoughts can take over. They can make us feel sad, lonely, and not good enough.

Affirmations are encouraging words or statements that motivate you and lift you up. Affirmations are a great way to boost your confidence and get those negative thoughts out of your head. Those negative thoughts can hold you back and make you feel bad about yourself.

Repeating positive affirmations to yourself, its called self-talk.

Remember, you don’t have to say it loud for everyone to hear. Just repeating positive affirmations to yourself in your mind has been scientifically proven to help boost self-esteem and confidence.

I mean who wouldn’t want to boost their confidence with this easy tool!

The one thing about affirmations to help with your confidence is that it takes consistency. That means you need to set up a routine to make sure that you are using your affirmations every day. A great idea is setting up a routine in the morning before school or before bed at night.

You could write some on post-it notes, or You can purchase affirmation cards like the ones in my shop or use a journal and write down your favorite ones that will help you.  

Here are some examples of some great affirmations that you can start with!

“I am brave”

“I have everything I need to make it a great day”

“I am loved“

And my favorite one is “I can do hard things”  

Now try to think of one that could help you and that would make.

You can pick one or two each day that you want to focus on. Use them throughout your day.
