I put together a fun and easy kid-friendly dessert table to share with you this season.
I was inspired when I found this buffalo check “gather” banner at Target. I fell in love with the idea of using blue and gold this Thanksgiving! The tassel garland above the table with all the different shades of blues and gold went perfectly with my theme.
Many of us serve pie for Thanksgiving dessert, but why not change it up a bit. I know my two little ones do not like pie, but love cupcakes and donuts! Try adding a few kid-friendly desserts to your table this year.
I made delicious vanilla cupcakes and wrapped them in a blue cupcake wrapper. These adorable gold glitter turkey cupcake toppers were a perfect touch to decorate these cupcakes!
Store-bought cinnamon donuts are an easy dessert to add to your dessert table. Try stacking them up on a cake stand to make a great presentation!
I made pumpkin cake pops and added a stem topper to each. I have to admit I almost did not use them on my table. They did not turn out as pretty as Jenny Cookies cake pops. I thought this was good for all to see that not everything has to be perfect! 🙂
Thankful for Dessert to-go
I don’t know about you, but I am always so full from Thanksgiving dinner to ever enjoy my dessert. So why not give your guests the option to take home their dessert this Thanksgiving.
These cute cupcake boxes are perfect for dessert to go. Just fill them with a sweet cupcake for your guests to take home.
You can also get these super cute boxes for a larger to-go container. Add a cute printable on the front and attach a bow. Your guests will be so thankful for dessert to go!
Don’t forget about the silverware. You can find these fun wood silverware sets at Michael’s Craft store.
I hope you liked my kid-friendly dessert table and to-go ideas. Please comment below and let me know what you think!!
Happy Thanksgiving!
Sooooo cute!!
Thanks so much Kristen!!!
