I am so excited to be teaming up with Kellogg’s again to show you a fun way to celebrate the end of the school year and the start of summer.  I created a backyard S’more celebration using some creative items for my S’mores station.

It has been a long school year!   I can’t think of a better way to celebrate summer vacation than with your family roasting marshmallows by the fire, making delicious S’mores.  My backyard S’mores station was so easy and fun to set up, and  I can’t wait to show you all the details!

Here are some creative tips for creating a fun backyard evening celebrating the start of summer!

First, I ran to Target to gather my S’more goodies.  I wanted to use creative and delicious ingredients to change up the traditional S’more’s combination.   I chose Keebler Fudge Stripes Original cookies.  They are such a delicious cookie and with chocolate already on them, it was a perfect choice.  I also picked up some Kellogg’s Original Rice Krispies Cereal and Jet-Puffed Marshmallows for roasting and to make some yummy Rice Krispies treats.

Since S’more making usually starts in the evening, I decided to go with the under the stars theme for my S’more station.   I like to start using some cute containers to hold all my goodies.  I used a medium-sized galvanized vase for the roasting sticks. Cake stands and glass containers are all fun options to use too!

I used these glass star-shaped dishes for the Jet-Puffed Marshmallows.

Next, I stacked up my Keebler Fudge Stripes Original cookies on a cute cake stand.  Always make sure to have plenty for all your guests.

Remember to have lots of options for your guests when making S’mores.  I  picked up some Keebler Chips Deluxe Rainbow cookies to have as another option for S’more making.

Don’t forget about drinks for your guests!  I filled up a glass pitcher with ice-cold water and used my plastic french square bottles for a cute presentation.  I added fun striped paper straws and designed cute straw toppers for each colored straw.   Do you love these straw toppers?  They are a free printable for you!

I have another delicious treat to share.  I made star-shaped treats using Kellogg’s Original Rice Krispies Cereal.  I used a star-shaped cookie cutter to cut out the shapes.  I then made them extra special by dipping them in white chocolate.  They are so delicious!

How to make a Keebler Fudge Stripes Original cookies S’More

1.  Use two Keebler Fudge Stripes Original cookies
2.  Roast one Jet-Puffed Marshmallow
3.  Place the roasted Jet-Puffed Marshmallow in between!
4. Enjoy!
