You and your daughter will watch a video and be given actionable steps to talk about and work on together during the lesson! The best part about this course is that you can do it when you have time + you have full access for the life of the program!
This course is for the mama who wants to change the story for her daughter. She wants to teach her what confidence looks like. She wants to teach her to stand up for who she is. She wants her to know that she is enough. This course will open up her eyes to what is possible for her. This course will teach her topics that can help her grow up with courage and confidence!
This course is meant to be taken together. You will have great conversations that are so important. There are also really fun mom and daughter date night ideas each and every week for you two to have some fun!
Each video is about 20-25 minutes long. There are actionable steps for you two to discuss during the lessons too. So about 35 minutes a week for each lesson. There will be more quality time spent together if you choose to do a mom and daughter date nights included for some fun!
Talk to her and let her know that you want to give her the tools she needs to feel confident in who she is.
